Full Time Electrical Engineer 11KV Jobs, in Gateway Search Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of high- and low-voltage electrical systems within a manufacturing or construction environment. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with 11kV systems and hold a valid BO certificate issued by the Malaysia Energy Commission (ST).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and switching activities for high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Conduct routine inspection, monitoring, troubleshooting, and restoration of electrical equipment and systems.
• Maintain operational records, equipment parameters, and maintenance documentation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and servicing for electrical systems and equipment.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate electrical installation or maintenance works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support power distribution system construction, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
• Provide guidance, training, and daily coordination for technicians and team members.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and EHS requirements.
• Participate in EHS programs, audits, and safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical system operation and maintenance within manufacturing or construction industries.
• Possess valid Malaysia Energy Commission (ST) certification with 11kV BO certificate or above.
• Familiar with high-voltage switching operations and power distribution systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and committed to workplace safety.
