Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the lead talent partner to the Business Area, working closely with business and HR business partners to develop talent and L&D plans to enable business performance and employee development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement processes and programs in support of the talent management strategy
  • Coordinate and administer talent management programs according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, talent reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
  • Partner closely with the business and HR Business Area Leader to build and design talent programs
  • Work with and through talent and HR business partners to implement talent actions for the business - rotation, assessment, development and succession planning.
  • Implement matters pertaining to top talent development, including mechanisms, frameworks and communications platforms.
  • Support the development of L&D strategies for ST Engineering
  • Manage enterprise wide implementation of Company Training Committee initiatives
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis for ST Engineering, with learning interventions appropriately designed and deployed
  • Manage enterprise-wide learning programmes, including general management, leadership development, Professional Conversion Programme, Earn & Learn programmes
  • Responsible for smooth operation of the enterprise Learning Management System
  • Introduce technology-enabled and micro learning modules into the L&D framework
  • Responsible for ensuring effective leverage of grants and subsidies offered by the Singapore Government


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organisation Development, Organisation Behaviour, Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in talent management, people development function and/or strategic HR business partnering
  • Well-versed with talent management methodology, tools and technology
  • Good experience with talent and people programs, including Diversity & Inclusion and employee experience programs
  • Excellent problem solver with change management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Resourceful and motivated
  • Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
