This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues, conducting routine IT operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related concerns
• Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology for system maintenance and network setups
• Proficiency in IT Operations to ensure robust system performance and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of emerging technologies and trends in IT
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• No prior experience is necessary; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
