Our established client within the public healthcare sector is seeking candidates with Finance/ Accounting background to join their Operations Planning Department!

• 3-5 mins walk from MRT station (Central West area)

Responsibilities:

• Support the yearly budgeting and forecasting process for the department.

• Track and monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) utilisation to ensure effective management of budgets.

• Review and update service costings to support cost recovery, and perform costing analysis for new services and initiatives.

• Prepare, analyse, and monitor workload statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple sites.

• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams on financial reporting, manpower planning, and FTE reconciliation matters.

• Provide operational finance support and undertake ad hoc operations-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent

• Strong acumen in budgeting and costing

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

• Good problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
