Role Description

The Senior Associate at CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd plays an integral role in corporate restructuring, insolvency engagements, and financial advisory projects. Key responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial health, developing and preparing strategic reports, liaising with clients and creditors, facilitating corporate recovery processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


The role also involves supporting project planning and contributing to the effective execution of client mandates. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, corporate restructuring, and insolvency frameworks
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, stakeholder communication, and teamwork
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant financial laws, particularly the Companies Act 2016 and Winding Up Rules 1972, including areas such as Court-Appointed Liquidation, Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation and Judicial Management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • Professional certifications or membership with recognised bodies (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in property development and project recovery is advantageous
