  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro (MUST)
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles, timing, and composition
  • Good sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g. generative video/image tools, automation, or editing AI workflows)
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
  • Detail-oriented with strong visual taste
  • Experience in social media content (TikTok/IG) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage

Bonus (Good to have)

  • Experience with 3D or VFX tools
  • Familiar with platforms like Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, or similar AI tools
  • Understanding of content performance (what makes videos engaging / viral)

Responsibilities

At Dolphin, we create bold and innovative advertising campaigns for top brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl’s, Maybelline, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Café, Royal Canin, and more.

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s not just technical, but creatively sharp. Someone who can bring ideas to life through motion, editing, and storytelling — especially for fast-paced social content (TikTok, Reels, digital campaigns).

If you love combining visuals, animation, and AI tools to create scroll-stopping content, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
  • Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (short-form & campaign videos)
  • Collaborate with creative team (producers, designers, strategists) to execute concepts
  • Turn static assets into dynamic, visually compelling content
  • Work on fast-paced social content (TikTok, IG Reels, ads)
  • Ensure smooth transitions, clean compositions, and strong visual storytelling
  • Stay updated with latest trends, editing styles, and AI tools
  • Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
