ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Transformation & Strategy
- Develop and execute enterprise digital transformation strategies
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and modernization
- Lead implementation of digital tools, platforms, and technologies
- Drive innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Align transformation initiatives with business objectives and growth plans
️ Business Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows and operational processes
- Redesign and optimize processes to improve productivity and scalability
- Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve collaboration between business and technology functions
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead large-scale transformation programs and strategic projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and transformation outcomes
- Ensure successful implementation and delivery of initiatives
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Work closely with executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, strategy discussions, and planning sessions
- Drive organizational change management and user adoption
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and impact effectively
- Build alignment across operations, business, and technology teams
Technology & Innovation Enablement
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams on system implementations

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong understanding of digital technologies and operational strategy
