About the Role

We’re looking for an agile, progressive HR professional who’s passionate about shaping the employee experience, driving business growth, and building robust HR foundations in a dynamic, creative environment. Depending on your experience and leadership capability, you’ll join us as either a Senior HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager.

This is a dynamic generalist role that bridges the gap between strong HR Operations and strategic HR Business Partnering. You will not just manage processes - you will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, while overseeing end-to-end HR delivery from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Partner with the HR team and Business Leads (Head of People, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and Regional counterparts) to forecast manpower needs and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process: from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing to interviewing, benchmarking, and offer management.
  • Review, innovate, and optimize hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and secure high-quality culture-adds.

2. Employee Experience, Relations & Engagement

  • Drive the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure they align with our vibrant company culture and evolving business needs.
  • Oversee holistic employee well-being initiatives, managing welfare and benefits programs that support mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
  • Own and elevate the onboarding and offboarding framework to ensure seamless, memorable employee transitions.
  • (Assistant Manager) Provide independent counsel to SG teams on employee engagement, cultural alignment, and welfare matters.

3. Performance Management & Development

  • (Assistant Manager) Support end-to-end performance appraisal cycles, coaching managers on effective goal-setting, constructive feedback, and growth conversations.
  • (Assistant Manager) Identify skill gaps within the business and curate learning and development (L&D) initiatives that drive employee capability and career progression.

4. HR Compliance & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.

5. HR Operations, Compliance & Payroll

  • Ensure absolute compliance with local employment laws, statutory regulations, and data protection standards (PDPA).
  • Maintain impeccable, up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • (Assistant Manager) Oversee or support end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring flawless accuracy in employee movements, benefits, claims, and statutory deductions.

6. HR Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to designated business units/leads, understanding their team dynamics, commercial goals, and people challenges.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, team performance, conflict resolution, and talent management.
  • Identify talent trends and challenges within the business units and proactively propose data-driven HR solutions.
  • (Assistant Manager) Support change management initiatives and organizational design as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3- 6 years of experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Experience in manpower reports, and payroll is an advantage
