The Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. This role involves managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent service to internal or external customers. The Supervisor will coordinate with different departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of assigned teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.

Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring team members for skill development and performance improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards applicable to the department.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and problem-solving.

Maintain inventory records and ensure availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

Prepare reports on team performance, daily operations, and incidents as required by management.

Support implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to communicate in Vietnamese to liaise with Vietnamese-speaking clients is an advantage.
