Job Summary

You will lead architectural design, execution, and project management while collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and manage project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Manage internal and external teams to drive project progress and resolve issues promptly
• Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural models and drawings for project delivery
• Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
• Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software
