We're a growing Australian recruitment business and we're going all in on the Southeast Asia region. Our next hire will own technology recruitment across Malaysia and Singapore from scratch.

In the Asia recruitment landscape, there are only a handful of opportunities where an experienced Technology recruiter can truly develop a multi-million-dollar business with the support of an established brand behind them - this is your chance.

The role

You'll build and own our permanent technology recruitment practice across two of the most exciting markets in the region. That means developing clients across software, SaaS, fintech, cloud, cybersecurity and more, while mapping the talent landscape and delivering high-quality placements.

You'll work closely with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, but day-to-day you'll have the autonomy to run it your way.

You're probably the right fit if you:

• Have strong experience in permanent technology or IT recruitment
• Have built a desk or territory from the ground up before
• Know the Malaysia and/or Singapore recruitment market well
• Are a natural business developer — you open doors and build trust
• Thrive with autonomy and are motivated by building something long-term
• Are resilient, entrepreneurial, and don't need a playbook to get started
