About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and

management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements,

Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales

channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth

platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global and local footwear trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity

• Provide insights on new styles, colors, and materials that align with seasonal fashion directions.

• Develop seasonal product assortment plans based on sales forecasts and trend analysis.

• Work closely with designers, suppliers, and brands to source new collections.

• Ensure product range caters to different customer segments and price points.

• Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and reorder opportunities.

• Manage product lifecycle, new launches, replenishment, markdowns, and clearance.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and inventory performance reports.

• Coordinate on campaign planning, photoshoots and promotional launches.

• Provide input on product display and online listing presentation to maximize conversion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or category management (Fresh Graduates and welcome to apply)

• Strong fashion sense with ability to identify trends and adapt them to local markets.

• Strong interest and understanding of TikTok, livestream commerce, and e-commerce marketing.

• Creative, data-driven, and detail oriented.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
