• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• No prior work experience required
• Experience with ERP/WMS software is preferred.
• Previous retail or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Basic data analysis or reporting skills is prefered.
• Must be able to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang.

We are looking for Fulfilment/Logistic Intern to support our Logistic Department. 

1. Support day-to-day fulfillment operations including order picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
3. Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
4. Analyze fulfillment data to identify process improvements.
5. Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and order flow.
6. Perform quality control checks and report any discrepancies.
7. Support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) creation or updates.
8. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
9. Other – any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
