As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive and high-performing work environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service. 
  • Drive sales growth through effective up-selling strategies and customer engagement initiatives. 
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations. 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational excellence. 
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly. 
  • Monitor staff performance and provide continuous guidance, support, and development. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
