Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
- Handle event and catering inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate bookings, including scheduling dates and managing deposits
- Prepare and send quotations after management approval
- Manage online delivery orders via Grab, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer requests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Assist on the restaurant floor during peak hours or special events
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
