Job Description

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  2. Managing a team.
  3. Experience in fast running lines.
  4. Familiar with Food, Semiconductor or Pharma Industry.
  5. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.
  6. At least 3 to 5 years experience handling a team.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing, filling, and packing operations.
  2. Drive line optimization, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Plan, allocate, and manage manpower across production lines to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Ensure all production activities are executed according to plan, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
  5. Monitor line performance, minimize downtime, and coordinate troubleshooting with technical teams.
  6. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene, gowning, and cross-contamination control practices.
  7. Review and verify production records (e.g., BMR, BPR) in compliance with Good Documentation Practice.
  8. Lead investigations, implement corrective actions, and support quality risk management activities.
  9. Support audits (internal & external) and ensure readiness of documentation and operations.
  10. Prepare reports, support SOP updates, and ensure adherence to company policies including safety and quality standards.
