Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting software.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
  • Good multitasking and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative operations.
  • Prepare and update accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and customer Statement of Account (SOA).
  • Assist in issuing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and data entry into SQL Accounting system.
  • Coordinate general office administration duties and support daily office operations.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on accounting and administrative matters.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by superior.
