Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is required
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to engage effectively with clients and candidates
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Coordinate interview arrangements and follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment system
