Full Time [Gov] HR - Admin Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes within a public sector environment.

Contract Period: 3+9 months

Working Location: Central region

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end casual staff hiring, including coordination with hiring divisions and manpower agencies
• Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, interview coordination, and document follow-ups
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contract tracking for casual employees
• Verify monthly billing reports and maintain accurate HR records and contract updates
• Provide administrative support for HR projects including performance management and award-related activities

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field 
• Prior HR or internship experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with administrative systems
