Job Scope

• Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for mass distribution to staff, students, and Management

• Ensuring printed documents are of good quality and kept confidential

• Ensuring all printing requests are completed on time

• Planning for the procurement of printing paper and printing accessories

• Receiving and verifying deliveries of printing paper and accessories

• First-tier handling of machine malfunctions

• Collating paper according to staff requests and needs

• Handling used carton boxes and old newspapers

• Maintaining inventory of ink cartridges for various printing machines, including ordering when inventory is low

• Assisting in informing suppliers for maintenance/repair works when required

• General administrative duties

• Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer

Requirement

• Possess drive, enthusiasm and inclination in printing tasks.

• Be responsible and able to meet deadlines promptly.

• Have minimum secondary school education and be able to handle printing and photocopying machineries.

• Be honest and have integrity so as to ensure confidentiality of documents printed.

Contract Period: 4 June 2026 to 3 June 2027 (Option to Extend - 12 months; 4 June 2027 to 3 June 2028)

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Salary: $2200 per month
