Key Responsibilities
Play a key role in supporting the financial performance, reporting, and operational effectiveness of the Aftersales business. This position is ideal for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to drive business insights, improve performance, and support cross-functional initiatives.
You will work closely with operations, finance, and digital teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth operations, and continuous improvement across Aftersales functions.
Performance Reporting & Data Analysis
- Support Aftersales performance through data analysis and reporting, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and clear supporting analysis.
- Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including:Revenue and profitabilityForecast accuracyUpselling performanceCustomer retentionWorkshop throughputParts sales and labour performance
Operational & Business Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to service centres, including system-related troubleshooting, package setup clarification, and initiative implementation.
- Support coordination with Finance on debtor ageing and collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Manage monthly incentive and commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Projects, Systems & Transformation
- Support digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives, including implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work closely with Digital Transformation teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes.
- Participate in tender and procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with governance and cost-efficiency requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies and internal guidelines.
Stakeholder & Event Support
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Aftersales, Finance, Operations, and Digital functions.
- Support Aftersales-related projects, initiatives, and events as required.
Requirements
