Full Time Grants Administration Executive - Public Agency Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. South (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a candidate to support research grant administration, stakeholder coordination, and programme operations to ensure smooth execution and compliance of grant processes.

Contract duration: 7 months
Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Responsibilities:

• Secretariat support for research grant schemes, including the running of grant calls, convening & logistics of evaluation panels as well as engagement with stakeholders
• Execution of policies and processes pertaining to the administration of grant schemes.
• Communication of grant schemes policies and processes to public sector research performers.
• Liaison with grantees on pre-award and post-award matters.
• Ensuring timely and proper submission of progress reports for assessment.
• Ensuring cashflow and budget utilisation is on track for awarded projects.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in public sector policy/planning/governance roles
• Prior experience in research grantsadministration experience from grantor’s perspective
• Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
