Job Summary

Support project execution by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks by breaking down projects into manageable activities with clear timeframes to meet deadlines
• Schedule and organize regular meetings, documenting decisions, assigned tasks, and next steps to maintain project progress
• Develop and update workflows to optimize project processes and team collaboration
• Process quotations and issue purchase orders accurately to support procurement and project needs
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to clarify quotations and coordinate deliveries
• Perform administrative duties that support project coordination and team efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, managing project documentation, and maintaining schedules
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
