Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed process engineering design for FPSO Topsides systems
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables including:
- PFD
- P&ID
- Process Datasheets
- Heat & Material Balance
- Process Design Basis
- Perform process calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulics, and pressure relief studies
- Review vendor submissions and support technical clarifications
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and safety review activities
- Support fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
- Strong Offshore / FPSO Topsides project exposure
- Experience in EPCC / EPCIC projects
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hydrocarbon processing
- Gas compression
- Water treatment systems
- Utility systems
- Proficient in Aspen HYSYS and/or PRO II
- Strong understanding of international offshore engineering standards and regulations
- Experience reviewing process deliverables and vendor documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in FPSO EPCC projects
- Experience participating in HAZOP / SIL studies
- Candidates with strong topsides process engineering background
