The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Consultant to expand our end-user market share within built-to-suit distribution centers and manufacturing hubs in the Klang Valley. In this role, you will act as a technical consultant evaluating facilities, identifying operational bottlenecks or thermal leaks, and presenting a mathematically sound ROI proposal. You will spend your first 30 days under structured operational training with our General Manager to master our internal CRM and proposal systems before fully deploying to the field.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Prospect and build relationships with high-value facility directors and end-users strictly within KL and Selangor, focusing directly on facility stakeholders rather than the general tender market.
- Technical Site Audits: Conduct physical site evaluations to ensure flawless project execution. You must possess the spatial awareness to measure accurately and guarantee zero physical mismatches (e.g., verifying that dock shelter dimensions align perfectly with door height clearances before drafting a quote).
- Value-Based Selling: Shift the client's focus from initial capital expenditure to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Demonstrate how our equipment provides long-term financial value through reduced downtime and energy savings.
- Premium Proposal Engineering: Draft minimalist, highly accurate technical proposals. We rely on direct and simple communication utilizing high-quality hero images and exact specifications to convey our message clearly.
- Operational Discipline: Maintain diligent CRM management and consistent client follow-up. You will be expected to uphold a high standard of administrative accountability and internal reporting.
What We Are Looking For
- Value-Driven Mindset: You are confident in positioning premium products and prioritizing clients who value long-term engineering reliability and fast maintenance response times over the lowest initial price.
- Technical Aptitude: You can read basic 2D CAD drawings, understand structural clearances, and calculate ROI metrics effortlessly. No formal engineering degree is required, but practical technical and spatial logic is essential.
- Clear Communication: You communicate clearly and concisely, avoiding unnecessary jargon in favor of high-impact, accurate data.

Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped High-Margin Commission Structure.
