We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and customer-focused Guest Experience Representative to be the face of our spa lounge at KLIA. In this role, you will actively engage with passengers in the waiting and lounge areas, promoting our spa services and creating a welcoming experience that enhances their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach passengers in lounge and waiting areas with a friendly, professional demeanor to introduce our spa services and packages.
- Clearly present and explain the range of treatments available, emphasizing their benefits and the unique value they offer.
- Drive walk-in traffic and contribute to sales targets by converting interest into bookings through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Provide accurate information on spa treatments, pricing, availability and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, informed and relaxed, creating a positive impression of the spa from the very first interaction.
- Assist guests with appointment bookings, respond to queries and offer directions to the spa lounge when needed.
Requirements:
- Presentable, well-groomed and confident in engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Interested in working in a spa lounge environment.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
