Operations & Admin Assistant (Contract 3–6 Months)
Potential conversion to permanent role subject to business needs and vacancy availability.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in training operations and administration?

We are looking for an Operations & Admin Assistant to support our fast-paced corporate training operations, particularly in HRDCorp grant administration, training coordination, e-learning management, and operational support.

If you enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, ensuring smooth execution, and working behind the scenes to make training programs successful — we’d love to hear from you.

Your ResponsibilitiesHRDCorp Grant Applications & Claims

  • Support and guide clients on HRDCorp grant application processes
  • Prepare and submit grant claims accurately and within deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with HRDCorp requirements and documentation

Training Administration

  • Handle training confirmations, attendance, manuals, certificates, and training documentation
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and operational logistics
  • Prepare and process training-related documents including DOs and records

E-Learning Administration

  • Upload and manage e-learning participants
  • Monitor completion status and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with clients and participants on learning progress

Trainer & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with trainers, facilitators, venues, and vendors
  • Coordinate training materials, logistics, and operational arrangements
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in training operations, HRDCorp grants, e-learning administration, or related operational roles
  • Familiar with HRDCorp processes and e-TRIS system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
