Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide analysis of financial data as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and inquiries.
  • Work closely with team members to address financial discrepancies and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
  • Organized, excellent problem-solving skills, and committed to meeting deadlines.
