Job Description

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day

  • Implementing and updating compliance policies and procedures in cooperation with the Compliance Manager.
  • Monitoring daily operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Conducting periodic compliance assessments and providing reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely license renewal and submission to regulatory bodies (e.g., KPKT/KPDNHEP/BNM, SSM, etc.).
  • Organizing training programs and workshops to raise employee awareness of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participating in investigations related to non-compliance incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • Investigate and report suspicious activities; prepare and file STRs.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements and other legal documents.
  • Maintain and manage contract repository and support legal documentation for corporate exercises.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance or a related function.
  • Experience with internal audits, compliance reviews, regulatory inspections and legal document review

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
