Full Time Executive, Air Freight SCM Jobs, in DHL Selangor - Maukerja

Responsible on daily cargo planning and engaging with carriers for capacity & costing. Working closely with internal team to execute the freight planning according to booked flight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support team members on arrangement of allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul and flight details required for hub and operations performance.
• Provide basic administrative support to consolidate, record information and working closely with Customer Service Team on cargo collection and meeting customer’s delivery due date.
• Draft and assist reporting on recent developments of airlines, services, lanes and any special requirements.
• Support Air Freight product and capacity management methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Support team members with timely monitoring and accurate updating of products (Track & Trace covering KUL & PEN station). Updating & working closely with CS Team of any irregularity.
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.

We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• With minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry especially in Air Freight.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Additional skillsets required: detailed oriented, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• This position is located in USJ, Selangor or KLIA, Selangor.
