Full Time Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Konica Minolta Business Solutions Perak - Maukerja

Job Brief:

Provide on-site technical support by installing, servicing, and repairing Konica Minolta equipment, while troubleshooting issues and completing accurate service documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair of Konica Minolta products efficiently and professionally
• Install and configure printers, drivers, and related software/applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on machines and solutions provided
• Accurately complete and submit service reports and documentation on time
• Manage spare parts usage and returns in accordance with company procedures
• Provide timely updates when attending service calls at customer sites
• Attend technical training and stay updated on service manuals and bulletins
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information
• Support other branches/areas and perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer, or related)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge in maintenance and repair is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
