JOB SCOPE

• Calculate staff commissions, ads costing, and manage the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Manage orders, parcels, customer CRM, and the Bizapp system.
• Handle stock forecasting, inventory costing, and monitor in-transit stock from China.
• Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft Excel (Marketer, COGS, Inventory & Non-moving Stock).
• Manage e-Invoices and Ninja Van claims such as damaged parcels, unsuccessful deliveries, and lost parcels.
• Update marketer codes and ensure all data and records are accurate and well-organized.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Finance/Business/ or related fileds
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
