Full Time Waiter-Waitress- 118 Mall Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Jibbynco Federal Territory - Maukerja

As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and supporting the team to deliver a high standard of service. You will be the face of Serai Group and an essential part of creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their orders
• Manage cashier duties and process payments
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and welcoming
• Assist in maintaining stock and equipment
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to customers
• Perform other tasks as required by the manager

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
