Job Requirements:

• Nursing experience in an eye care, outpatient, or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to assist in outreach activities and administrative tasks.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the outpatient clinic & operating theater, treatment rooms, and daycare surgery ward.
• Support the daily operations of outpatient clinics, operating theatre, treatment rooms, and the daycare surgery ward.
• Assist doctors during surgical procedures and outpatient clinical sessions.
• Handle instrument sterilization and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of consumables and sterile equipment.
• Conduct initial assessments and assist with patient preparation for procedures.
• Provide basic patient care, including counseling and health education, under the supervision of medical professionals.
• Coordinate between doctors and relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery of care.
• Rotate across various areas, including OT, counseling, medication dispensing, and general nursing support, based on operational needs.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain ethical standards in all tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of patient service, including responding to patient feedback professionally.
• Organize and update patient records confidentially and accurately.
• Support pre-and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Ensure accurate posting of surgical charges and treatment-related entries.
• Monitor and manage medical supply inventory to avoid shortages.
• Be involved in marketing activities and assist in the growth and outreach efforts of the centre when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
