We have an Immediate Opening IT Infrastructure Service Management Executive (ITSM) with our reputed Client.
Client Location Shah Alam, KL
Work Mode –Onsite (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice
Experience: 3+ Years to 4 years
Summary:
The ISM Executive supports the delivery and maintenance of IT infrastructure services across DHL Supply Chain operations. This role assists in ensuring system availability, compliance, and service quality for critical logistics applications and infrastructure components.
Description
Support and manage digital workflows, data processes, and technical issues related to CLIENT GAME digital platforms during Match operations. Ensure smooth operations of CLIENT GAME’s digital systems, providing technical support, and managing data workflows efficiently.
Job Qualification:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or service management.
· Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day support for infrastructure services (servers, storage, network, cloud, workplace technologies).
· Monitor system performance and escalate issues promptly.
· Assist in incident and problem resolution, including root cause analysis.
· Be available during off-office hours when required for critical issues or emergencies.
· Support change management processes and maintain accurate documentation.
· Ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
· Participate in infrastructure projects and upgrades.
· Be willing to relocate if required by business needs or expansion projects, in alignment with Supply Chain policies.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in logistics or supply chain industry.
· Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or cloud-related (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
· Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
· Incident Response Time – Initial response within SLA (e.g., 30 minutes for Priority 1 issues).
· Incident Resolution Time – Priority 1 issues resolved within 4 hours; Priority 2 within 8 hours.
· Change Implementation Accuracy – ≥ 98% of changes implemented without rollback or incident.
· System Monitoring & Reporting – Daily health checks completed and reported by 09:00 local time.
· Documentation Compliance – 100% accuracy in incident, change, and configuration records.
· SLA Compliance – ≥ 98% adherence to service levels for assigned tasks.
· Security Compliance – Zero missed security patches; 100% adherence to DHL security standards.
· Customer Satisfaction – Internal stakeholder feedback score ≥ 4.5/5.
· Training Completion – 100% completion of mandatory IT and security training within deadlines.
· Proactive Issue Identification – Minimum 2 improvement suggestions per quarter for infrastructure optimization.
