Full Time Officer - Golf Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Palm Garden Golf Club Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage daily golf operations administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
• Handle tee time bookings, golfer registration, check-in procedures, and maintain tee sheets/tournament schedules.
• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding golf course rules, facilities, promotions, memberships, and upcoming events.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, complaints, and travel agent requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Accounts, HR, F&B, caddie master, marshals, and other departments to ensure smooth golf operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support the planning and execution of golf tournaments, events, and special functions.
• Maintain membership records, renewals, billing coordination, and related administrative matters.
• Monitor inventory of golf carts, rental equipment, scorecards, stationery, lockers, and operational supplies.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and assist in budget monitoring.
• Promote club memberships, golf lessons, and other club services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
