Full Time Accounting Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in Glory HR Solutions Melaka - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to Management.
• Oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial reports and statutory accounts.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales on product costing and pricing analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits, internal controls, and corporate governance matters.
• Monitor financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Set departmental targets and promote a high-performance culture.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in taxation and costing is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in finance and accounting systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
