Responsibilities

Location : Plaza Sentral reachable with public transport LRT MRT Monorail ( KL SENTRAL )

Job Scope:

  • Handle inquiries via inbound calls, ( 60-80 calls ) emails and live chat ( Soon )
  • Provide effective solutions for customer issues assisting with roadside assistance and policy inquiries.
  • Follow up and respond back to users on a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must Minimum Diploma/ STPM & above.
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferable Call Center/BPO working experience.
