Job Description

• To support the team in corporate finance advisory activities.
• To prepare pitch slides or pitch books for potential clients.
• To conduct a valuation of a business and company in relation to the proposed corporate transaction.
• To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not contravene any of the regulatory or legal requirements.
• To be proficient with all the relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within the deadline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/professional qualification, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. MBA and certifications such as CPA, CFA or FMVA are a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the corporate finance field. Those with experience in external auditing, fundraising, financial modelling or valuation will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good credentials will also be considered.
• Good analytical skills with sound knowledge of the Capital Market/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Highly motivated, self-driven and fast learner with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
