Requirements

• Academic Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Maintenance or project management (with site experience)

Or

• Academic Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 7-10 years in Maintenance or project management (with site experience).

Responsibility

• To perform the activities according to Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE), Ethic and Compliance with VPS element 8 and other Client's Company Standards.
• Analyze and treat inconsistencies, reporting deviations about maintenance program, request for improvement from stakeholders (engineering, maintenance execution and others).
• Work together with manager and supervisor to ensure maturity and health of VPS element 8.
• Provide data to control analyst for KPI trend and FMDS daily update.
• Assist manager and supervisors in developing any ad hoc or special maintenance program.
• Shutdown planning - Carry out the planning activity considering the timelines determined by the technical parameters (KPIs) of reliability and productivity. Plan the intervention strategy, how to accomplish the maintenance activity, established deadlines and gaps, strategy for contracting services and allocate the required resources focusing on maximum productivity.
• Coordinate material, spare parts, resources and manpower to execute breakdown program.
