We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter cum Admin Assistant to support our recruitment and daily administrative operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in talent acquisition, people management and recruitment operations.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for both direct hire and part-time positions, coordinating interview arrangements, maintaining candidate records and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for direct hire and part-time roles
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Contact candidates for interview arrangements and job coordination
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and candidate information
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, timesheets and recruitment-related documentation
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior internship or recruitment experience will be an added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
