Join a dedicated team to provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of those in your care.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care with empathy and timeliness, treating all residents with respect and dignity.
Review and implement all aspects of the Care Plan while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Measure and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and changing as necessary.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary preferences and restrictions.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by managing laundry, changing bed linens, and performing basic housekeeping tasks.
Support residents during transport and assist with mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walking aids.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications or certifications in caregiving or healthcare.
Experience in a similar role, with a focus on personalized care.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to resident dignity and quality of life.
Ability to follow care plans accurately and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Competence in basic housekeeping and meal preparation.
