Full Time Account Manager Retail - Wellness Sector @ Somerset Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in Apex Retail Pte Ltd - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s finance operations, reporting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and leading the finance team to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Oversee /Assist Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bookkeeping functions
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and audit-ready documentation
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies during audits and financial submissions
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and company financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, CPF regulations, and MOM requirements
• Supervise and guide finance team operations and workflows
• Review payroll, supplier payments, refunds, and CPF submissions processed by the finance team
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance management
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, CPF, and MOM regulations
• Experience handling audits and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or similar systems)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Experience in retail and service industry preferred
