Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tax and finance-related inquiries from leads and clients
• Draft client-facing tax planning responses and recommendations
• Research IRS rules and tax-saving strategies
• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns including 1040, 1120S, 1065, and Schedule E
• Support entity structuring, real estate strategies, and tax optimization
• Assist prospects with technical tax-related questions
• Help onboard clients and maintain organized planning documentation
• Collaborate with the marketing team on educational tax content and campaigns

Requirements

• Active U.S. EA or CPA license (required)
• 3+ years at Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or equivalent top-tier advisory firm • 7+ years of experience in U.S. tax preparation
• Strong knowledge of QBI, S-Corp, SEP IRA, cost segregation, and related strategies
• Excellent written English communication skills

• Experience using ProConnect, TaxDome, QuickBooks, Drake, or similar software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High standards for accuracy and professional excellence

Bonus Qualifications

• Real estate tax strategy or investor-client experience
• 3+ years in tax advisory/planning
• Sales, marketing, or content collaboration background
• Experience with leveraged charitable donations, solar depreciation, or heavy equipment strategies
