The Role
As Learning & Development Lead, you will support the design and delivery of leadership and adult learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and developmentally meaningful. Working closely with internal stakeholders and facilitators, you will help translate ideas and organizational priorities into structured learning journeys and programmes. This role combines learning design, facilitation support, stakeholder engagement, and programme execution within a collaborative and evolving environment.
About You
• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Talent Development, or related fields
• Experience in designing, coordinating, or facilitating adult learning or leadership development programmes
• Exposure to facilitation, executive education, organizational development, coaching, or mindfulness-informed learning environments will be advantageous
• Open-minded and comfortable engaging reflective and experiential approaches to leadership and development
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills
• Able to think conceptually while remaining hands-on and execution-oriented
