Job Summary

Join ArchitectureX as an Architectural Designer/Technician to support design development and documentation for varied projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and delivering high-quality architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure design compliance throughout project development
• Prepare architectural drawings and documentation to support project submissions and approvals
• Collaborate with architects to assist in design development and technical detailing
• Utilize design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop to create accurate and visually compelling architectural plans
• Manage submission requirements and processes to facilitate timely project approvals
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong design sense to contribute creative and functional architectural solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant architectural design experience
