Full Time Trade Marketing Executive(1yr contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in CAPITAL MARKETING (S) PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our marketing team and support the growth of our brands across offline touchpoints in Singapore while ensuring consistent and impactful execution.

Responsibilities

1.     Trade Marketing

• Support planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns, roadshows, promotions and in-store activations

• Coordinate production and rollout of POSMs across our showrooms and retail touchpoints

• Ensure strong in-store execution, promotion visibility and compliance with brand guidelines

• Conduct regular checks to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns and standards are met

• Compile & consolidate information on competitors’ activities

2.     Events Planning

• Lead the planning and execution of brand-related events

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangement, delivery of products, coordination with partners and more

• Support on-site operations and ensure smooth event execution

3.     Promoter Support

• Support promoter engagement and campaign briefings

• To gather requirements from promoters and support them in developing sales

4.     Reporting

• Track the effectiveness of deliverables and provide reporting and insights

• Support administrative tasks that include budgeting, documentation and reports

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in trade, retail or events marketing

• Strong communicator with an outgoing personality

• Able to effectively collaborate and build relationships with external partners

• Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives

• Occasional weekend work may be required

• Daily travel between different work sites is required.

Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.30pm / annual leave / medical leave / completion bonus(subject to performance)
