Full Time Facilities Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in HR FOCUS West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

 Mon to Fri (5 days): 11.30am – 8.45pm

 Basic + Allowances (up to $350)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure all operations are running smoothly without unscheduled disruption and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements.
• Support and execute preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are tested to meet authorities’ requirement.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders.
• Day to Day operation and routine inspection of building facilities.
• Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing & sanitary systems.
• To supervise outsourced security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times.
• Perform the role of 2nd in-charge of Site Incident Controller (SIC) and be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Assist the FSM in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises and cover the role of FSM during his absence.
  

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Engineering
• Technical knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
• Min 3 years’ experience in maintenance related field
