Full Time Junior Safety Supervisor Jobs, in Trees Engineering Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out safely, properly, and according to project requirements.
• Report daily site progress, issues, delays, manpower, machinery, equipment, and material status to the Site Engineer.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and site teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure all site works comply with HSEQ requirements, risk assessments, site rules, safety procedures, and Keller policies.
• Conduct Pre-Task Talks before site activities begin.
• Work closely with the Site Safety Supervisor to manage safety matters and respond to site emergencies when required.
• Coordinate with the project team on material deliveries, site readiness, work planning, and daily execution.
• Monitor work progress and record any unproductive time, delays, or disruptions with reasons.
• Manage workers’ schedules and support proper manpower planning at site.
• Ensure quality control of site works and prepare quality reports when required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and relevant government regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time. 

Key Requirements

Education

• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Professional Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Safety certification (Yellow Book/OSH Coordinator)

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Prior site supervision experience will be an advantage.

Technical Exposure

• Experience in site supervision and construction coordination.
• Able to monitor manpower, subcontractors, machinery, equipment, and materials on site.
• Familiar with daily site reporting, work progress monitoring, and basic quality control.
• Good understanding of site safety compliance and HSEQ requirements.

Work Arrangement

• Site-based role.
• Must be willing to travel and work at various project locations under Regional Projects, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand, and other ASEAN / South Asian markets.
