Responsibilities:
Target potential clients through calls/site visits for information gathering (surveys)
Collect and verify survey responses via calls, emails, visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Effectively communicate and actively listen to respondents.
Collaborate with the team for client/survey approach.
Identify and develop new survey strategies opportunities.
Communicate the value of surveys and services to respondents.
Report customer feedback and industry insights.
Input accurate response data.
To ensure KPI and targets are consistently met.
Requirements:
Singaporeans ONLY
Minimum A Levels/Diploma/Degree with 3 years relevant experience
Meticulous and detail oriented.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Confident, persuasive, logical, proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist survey participants.
Prior experience in survey administration/market research/consultancy/PR firm/customer service call centre/telemarketing/HR practice/Corporate sales/marketing experience will be a plus.
Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs.
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication and web browsing.
